Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a 5000 year old practice from India that integrates mind, body, and Spirit. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit language and roughly means "union with God". Kundalini Yoga has been called "the Mother of all yogas". It is practical and results oriented and was designed over thousands of years to be used by "householders", people with families and livelihoods to maintain. Learn how to energize, relax, and center yourself within minutes! No prior yoga experience or achievements of flexibility or athleticism are required. This is the yoga for any Body!

Jon has been a student of yoga and meditation for 20 years and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1995. Weekly classes are offered at a variety of times in one hour and 90 minute formats. Classes cover different themes and topics such as "Creating Prosperity", "Yoga for Stress Reduction", "Making the Transition to the Aquarian Age", "Yoga for Self Knowledge".
